Release information 26.8.0 Production

we want to inform you that a

new Release 26.8.0 is now available on your DA server!

This release contains some new features, improvements and updates to current functionality.

✅ Summary of Release

🆕 Purchase Order (PO) / Price Approval management (subscription required)

• Ready for Price transfer to ERP systems or Datalakes

• Define Purchase order and ERP price components (e.g. PR00 to SAP) in available or new price and cost templates
• Add PO details incl. file uploads to PO/Approval view in Price module for single projects aggregation or combined price lists
• Start a one or two step sequenced Price approval process and
• push data via Interface to external systems after successful approval

🆕 Graphical representation of price and cost trends in Project

• additional feature in Price and Cost tab in Projects

• showing price and costs changes over time based on different selections

ℹ️  Amortization Tracker improvements

• Time Period filter: Default time range extended from 01.01.2000 - 31.12.2050
• Time Period filter now always visible and changeable on new position
• New Filter element "Origin" - Where/When has OTP been created?
• Integrate OTP Custom Fields into Amortization Tracker
• Add navigation links to open Project and OTP workflow tabs
• Improved SUM row for Volumes and Amounts (only for Base currency view)

ℹ️  Data Import section (depending on user permission)

DA provides different data upload options based on defined and structured upload templates. Current possible uploads are:

• Project volumes
• Parts create/update/delete
• Part Volumes (daily/monthly) and Take Rates
• Prices and Costs
• Preview: Import new and update companies
• Preview: Import new and update Projects

🛠️ For preparing the import template a specific Admin role is required.

• Part attributes - enable Default value and active flag

• OTP Reports - enable currency selection
• Price and Cost template configuration (specific user permission required)
  • Search templates
  • Additional table (list) view for templates with sorting option
  • Show/hide inactive template
• Da settings - Company Display name configuration
  Define what company details are shown in Company Poo (names, ID's,Locations) --> In preparation configurable information shown in Project Definition, Report Filters and Footprint
