we want to inform you that a

new Release 26.9.0/1 is now available on your DA server!

This release contains some new features, improvements and updates to current functionality.

✅ Summary of Release

🆕 Scenario Manager enhancements

• Scenario Pool - Switch between Panel and List View

• New feature Scenario Approval (Draft  - Publish) with role Approver (requires separate activation)
• New feature: Schedule snapshot scenarios (will be created in background at scheduled time)
• Currency rates improvement in saved scenarios
• Scenario Comparison
  - Compare up to 4 different scenarios
  - Show values on annual/quarterly/monthly base
  - Amount of shown periods changeable (
  - Show now Turnovers/Volumes/Content per Vehicle (CPV)
  - Improved visualization of values (Mouse Over bars)
  - Improved Graphic --> List information - now Delta values shown between selected periods
  - Create one click snapshot (screenshot) of Report

🛠️ DA feature enhancements, settings and UI Improvements

Product settings

• Product Pool overview now based on hierarchy structure

• Enable each product (independent from Level) as saleable/non saleable part (enable usage in Projects)
• Link products to companies (restricted selection for Projects possible)
• Activate/Deactivate Products generally

Company Management (Customers)

• Company Pool improvement - Now based on company hierarchy structure (Level based view)
• Edit Company - Assign Company to selected products
• Edit Company - Show change logs
• Company Settings - Company Display Name configurable (define which company information is shown in different usage)

Price and Cost template - Improvement

•  Price template preview now available in Template configuration

• Module Prices - Price Lists and Quotes - Filter Projects by P&C template
• Prices & Costs workflow - Template history incl. Also currency information
• Show component and formula details when Mouse Hoover of template components in incidents and aggregations

New Feature Purchase Order/Price Approval Process

• Price approval / PO (Purchase Order) management - Add Approval ID to event
• Configurable naming of PO/Approval Process
• No PO components selected in template - no PO view and action trigger
• Module Prices - Price Lists and Quotes - Qucik Filter by Open approvals (PO Price)
• Add PO / New Price Approval from Prices and Costs in Project
• Approval Request of up to 3 selected users per approval step

Data historization - Change logs

• Project workflow tab - Prices & Costs - Review Price and Cost changes

• Usermanagement - Edit User: Change log for user actions available

Performance and Interface Improvements

• Business Case - Show no Invest&reimbursement lines if OTP not created
• Part & Project Export - Additional and refactored columns "Peak Turnover Contracted" and "Total Turnover Contracted"
• Redesigned workflow tab Specification in Acquisition module, integrate AI read option to uploaded documents (separate subscription for AI features required)
• Project Import - Create new Strategy, Acqusition, Booked Projects (Step 1 - No link to market)
• Reference Part Validation between SOP and EOP only
