With Digital Automotive, we have developed a product which, in cooperation with our partner S&P Global Mobility (formerly IHS MARKIT), leads the sales planning and sales management of automotive suppliers into the digital "next level sales".

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) to support our Customer Experience Team. 

You will actively support release management and the ongoing optimisation of Digital Automotive together with our development team.

Assignments

• Supporting the project management in the introduction of software for new customers
• Identification of optimisation potentials of the software, creation and coordination of user stories
• Continuous testing of the software and new features (user acceptance tests)
• Support of the agile implementation by our development team
• Acceptance of new features and active part in the release process
• Technical documentation and support in the provision of help topics in the software 
• Support in the quality management process of the company

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of business informatics, technical informatics or a comparable qualification 
• Preferably also experience in automotive supplier sales 
• Ideally knowledge of databases, SQL and cloud services, JIRA
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Independent, structured way of working, always solution- and goal-oriented 
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Fluent German and English
